Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a highly regarded, mid-sized litigation firm in Denver to add a Civil Litigation Associate to its growing team. This is a standout opportunity for a junior attorney seeking meaningful courtroom experience, direct client exposure, and a clearly defined path to partnership in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Insurance defense

Construction defect litigation

What They're Looking For:

2+ years of civil litigation experience

Strong working knowledge of Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure

Experience drafting motions (including dispositive motions) and managing discovery

Deposition experience (prep and taking)

Exposure to hearings and trial prep preferred

Insurance defense or construction defect experience strongly preferred

Judicial clerkship experience is a plus

Active Colorado bar license in good standing
