IDR Inc. IT Project Manager II in Denver, Colorado
Position Overview for the IT Project Manager II:
- Manages IT projects of varying complexity within the Digital Next space, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with departmental goals
- Acts as a key driver of project success by focusing on planning, execution, and team coordination
- Operates within an *Agile *framework to facilitate value delivery, stakeholder communication, and team support
- Translates business strategies into actionable project plans and manages resources accordingly
- Supports continuous improvement through change management and resource optimization techniques
Requirements for the IT Project Manager II:
- Bachelor's degree in a related area required or a combination of education and progressively responsible work experience
- Minimum of five (5) years' IT experience including managing IT projects
- Demonstrated experience translating business strategies into actionable project plans
- Experience leading projects with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) required
- Experience with projects involving* cloud technologies* required (ideally with GCP)
- Demonstrated experience in resource management and change management techniques requires
