IDR is seeking an IT Project Manager to join one of our top healthcare clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role involves managing IT projects within a dynamic, technology-driven environment, emphasizing Agile methodologies and cloud technologies. Position Overview for the IT Project Manager I:
- Manages IT projects of varying complexity within the Digital space, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with departmental goals
- Acts as a key driver of project success by focusing on planning, execution, and team coordination
- Operates within an Agile framework to facilitate the delivery of value and ensure clear stakeholder communication
- Supports the project team in achieving objectives through resource management and change management techniques
- Utilizes tools like MS Project and other PPM solutions to track project progress and deliverables
Requirements for the IT Project Manager I:
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or a combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of five (5) years' IT experience, including at least three (3) years managing IT projects
- Demonstrated experience translating business strategies into actionable project plans
- Proven experience leading projects with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with projects involving cloud technologies, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
