GE Aerospace HR Compliance Investigation Specialist – Part-time in Denver, Colorado
Job Description Summary
The HR Compliance Investigation Specialist will support employee relations (Category 3 (Cat3)) case management administration at GE Aerospace. This role will be integral in assuring timely, objective, and locally compliant resolution of employee concerns in support of GE Aerospace’s open reporting culture. Using GE Aerospace’s proprietary FLIGHT DECK principles; aid in the delivery of actionable insights that reduce risk and improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide support for the end-to-end Cat3 process, standard work, and case management system; ensure policy alignment and local legal compliance
Perform intake, triage, investigator assignment, progress tracking, and closure; facilitate SLAs, escalation paths, and quality checks
Conduct and/or oversee thorough, fair, and unbiased investigations; synthesize findings and recommend corrective actions
Audit cases for compliance, accuracy, and consistency; remediate gaps and drive corrective/preventive actions
Maintain the registry of qualified investigators; design, deliver, and refresh investigator training and qualification
Support initiatives using FLIGHT DECK principles for cadence, visual management, standard work, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
Perform analytics to provide timely, accurate trend insights to HR and business leaders; drive actions that mitigate risk and improve outcomes
Analyze Ombuds and Open Reporting data using Spirit and other analytics tools to identify patterns, hotspots, and emerging risks
Run daily/weekly case reviews; assign owners, manage aging cases, and clear barriers
Coordinate and support communications across businesses, regions, and countries; share best practices and strengthen Ombuds/Open Reporting awareness
Support broader HR Compliance standard work and initiatives; contribute to leader education and change adoption
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field from an accredited institution
At least 6 years of HR experience with a minimum 3 years experience in employee relations, investigations, and compliance
Desired Characteristics:
Knowledge of global employment laws and leading practices in workplace investigations
Strong judgment, confidentiality, and integrity; able to navigate sensitive, high-visibility matters
Demonstrated conflict resolution and employee relations skills; calm under pressure with strong prioritization
Data-driven with strong analytic and auditing skills; experience with data visualization and storytelling
Proven problem solving, simplification, and process improvement; continuous improvement mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-ready summaries and recommendations
Ability to influence across functions, sites, and countries; collaborates effectively at all levels
Strong technical proficiency; familiarity with Spirit, case management tools, and HR systems
Working knowledge of GE Aerospace organization and application of FLIGHT DECK principles
Strong organizational and project management capabilities; able to drive cross-functional initiatives to closure
Pay and Benefits:
The base pay range for this position is $43,000 - 58,000 for a 20 hour work week. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on March 27th, 2026.
