Job Title: Health and Safety Manager
Job Description
This is a hands‑on opportunity to own site safety overnight on a large, active construction project. You’ll serve as the go‑to safety authority after hours, working independently to keep the jobsite compliant, calm, and operating smoothly. The project offers long‑term stability through 2028, minimal micromanagement, and the chance to make a real impact on a complex, high‑activity site.
Responsibilities

What you’ll do:
Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and JHAs
Monitor work activities and correct hazards in real time
Lead incident investigations and emergency response
Deliver toolbox talks and overnight safety trainings
Maintain OSHA logs, reports, and digital safety systems
Act as the on‑site OSHA Competent Person
Schedule: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (10–12 hour shifts)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $80K–$100K (up to $120K for the right candidate) Vacation: 1 month Sick Leave: 15 days Long-term project stability
