Consulting (

IC

) practice

comprised

of more than

300

professionals dedicated to serving the

cloud and infrastructure platform

needs of our clients. This group includes experienced consultants

located

throughout the

globe

. We serve a diverse client base within a variety of

industries and

are focused on meeting our clients where they need us most across a variety of domains

implementation

and

operations

.

We are seeking

an

individual with both broad and deep

cloud

implementation and migration experience with a focus on complex multi-cloud and hybrid environments

to join our

team and

lead the continued growth of our cloud practice serving

RSM

clients in a variety of industries and geographic locations.

his individual will ultimately be

responsible for the

the cloud

practice, including the focus on developing and expanding the portfolio of solutions that are available to clients.

As

a

leader within the

IC

practice,

the

success

ful

candidate

is

responsible for

developing strong working relationships with clients built on understanding their businesses

, the

challenges

they

face

and the outcomes they are looking to achieve.

The selected candidate

will

identify

,

pursue

and close new opportunities with both existing and new clients and will provide subject matter knowledge

to support

the efforts of the broader consulting practice

.

Th

is

individual

will

also

work across multiple client account teams within a wide variety of industries.

The candidate is

responsible

to

lead

multiple team engagements simultaneously, including several

threads

of

complex implementation and migration engagements

.

In addition, this individual will

be responsible for

leading a global team of cloud specialists, developing

go to market

solutions

, working with industry leading cloud providers and technology vendors,

and

championing the

cloud practice throughout the Firm.

Successful candidates

typically have

10+

years of experience in the following

areas

:

• Confidently speaking with knowledgeable clients on the topic of cloud strategy, architecture, workload migrationplanningand common security practices such as landing zones
• Acting as trusted advisor to senior technology leaders on cloud engineering activities
• Identifyingand building cloud-based solutions to drive growth in project-based and managed services
• Developingcloud strategy for clients th tincludecloud value framework, multi-cloud strategy, and cloud program office to drive cloud transformation.
• Developingapplication rationalization approaches to create cloud migration roadmap
• Designing, architecting,implementingand supporting simple to complex enterprise cloud solutions for a variety of business use cases and requirements. Guiding and mentoring clients through the entire process
• Providingprincipal engineering support to various teams throughouta client'sdigital transformationtoa cloud native organization.
• Spearheadingstrategic cost optimization initiatives, achieving multi-million dollarsavings through infrastructure cleanups,licensenegotiationsand dynamic scaling.
• Understanding common cloud deployment models (private, public, hybrid) including platform types (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
• Executing solution delivery engagements for both small and large cloud environments
• Eminence buildingin the cloud industrythrough frequent publishing and speaking on relevant topics
• Managing relationships with major cloud platform providers - AWS, Azure, GCP - including working with partner representatives,maintainingexecutive levelrelationshipsandcultivating sales channels
• Recruiting top cloud talent through your network and eminence activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or graduate degree OR10+years of related work experience
• Highproficiencywithpopular cloudtechnologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Highproficiencywiththe tools and techniques for securing multi-cloud and hybrid environments
• Experiencewith private, public and hybrid cloud deployments
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
• Ability to interact effectively with internal and external resources at all organizational levels
• Excellent project management, organization, and follow-up skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must be a team player; able to work in virtual teams and independently
• Willingness and ability to travelglobally
• Strong financial and business acumen, and ability to speak about technology in the language of business
