Assist with fundamental bookkeeping and invoicing tasks.

Customer Service:

Deliver exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Address any issues or concerns customers may have, offering solutions in a clear and amicable way.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.
