Creative Circle, LLC Creative Operations Project Manager (Denver) in Denver, Colorado
Our outdoor retail client seeks a freelance Creative Operations Project Manager to assist their Global Creative Operations Team!
This opportunity is for 40 hours/week for approx. 14 weeks from October through the end of the year, with potential to extend depending on project needs. The team prefers someone local to the Denver area who can come onsite 1-3 days/week, but is also open to someone fully remote.
Role:
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and ensure processes are being followed
- Manage project milestones across multiple channels
- Utilize Wrike to manage project workflow and logistics (timelines, budget, approvals, etc.)
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant Creative Operations Project Management experience
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience with project management and digital asset management tools (Wrike preferred)
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and brand teams
- Ability to keep things moving smoothly in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Haves:
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Experience with retail, apparel and/or outdoor industries
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
