Actalent Construction Project Manager in Denver, Colorado
Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager with 7+ years of experience to support multifamily projects. The Project Manager is responsible for the on-time and on-budget delivery of construction projects, overseeing all phases from preconstruction through commissioning. This role leads project teams and manages day-to-day project operations, coordinating closely with owners and architects during preconstruction to support permitting, establish project milestones, and develop comprehensive schedules. The Project Manager ensures a seamless transition into construction, maintains control over cost, schedule, and quality, and oversees final project closeout and commissioning. Responsibilities also include negotiating, executing, and administering all subcontracts, purchase orders, and buyout activities. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of seven years of experience in a Project Manager role; candidates at the Senior Project Manager level will also be considered. Need to have experience working on commercial projects in the $15-45M range.

Qualifications:
Required:
7+ years of experience as a Project Manager at a general contractor
Experience at the Senior Project Manager level will be considered as well
Experience with commercial projects in the $15-45M range

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
