A nationally recognized Am Law firm is seeking a team-oriented Litigation Associate with at least four years of experience to join its Denver office. This is an opportunity to work within a highly respected litigation practice known for complex commercial matters, strong mentorship, and a collaborative environment that supports long-term professional growth.

About the Role

The litigation team handles a broad range of disputes, including complex commercial litigation, class actions, business torts, regulatory matters, and appellate work. Associates receive meaningful responsibility, hands-on experience, and early client exposure, with support from experienced partners across multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
• Manage written discovery, depositions, and hearings
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• Communicate directly with clients and collaborate with cross-office litigation teams
• QualificationsMinimum of four years of litigation experience at a law firm
• Strong writing skills and comfort with motion practice and discovery
• Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset and interest in long-term growth within the firm
