Aerotek Carpenter Apprentice in Denver, Colorado

Carpenter Apprentice – Commercial & Healthcare Construction

Location: Westminster, CO

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Pay: $24–$28/hr

About the Role

We’re hiring a Carpenter Apprentice to support a growing commercial construction team specializing in healthcare and hospital projects (about 70% of our work). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands‑on experience, steady work, and a clear path to long‑term growth.

Because you’ll be working around nurses, doctors, and occasionally patients, professionalism and cleanliness are a must.

What You’ll Do

General Labor & Site Support

  • Install, check, and re‑seal containment

  • Change HEPA filters

  • Sweep and maintain clean job sites

  • Measure and cut materials for temporary protection

  • Assist carpenters and trades onsite

Carpentry Support

  • Temporary protection and wall protection

  • Install safety rails and window coverings

  • Perform safety carpentry and scope‑gap tasks

  • Painting and touch‑up work

  • Hang accessories and protection materials

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years as a carpenter apprentice or construction laborer

  • Commercial construction experience required

  • Hospital/healthcare construction experience preferred

  • Willingness to do daily labor work

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Curious, motivated, and eager to grow

Tools Required

  • Basic hand tools

  • Tool belt

  • Small tools and hammers

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
