Area Operations Manager (AOM) Denver
The Area Operations Manager is responsible for supporting and overseeing operations across multiple branches within their assigned region. This role partners closely with Branch Managers and regional leadership to drive performance, support teams, and ensure consistency in service delivery. This position reports to the Regional Vice President of Operations.
What you'll be responsible for:
Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned branches
Step in to support leadership gaps, new branch launches, or performance challenges
Monitor key metrics including service hours, unassigned hours, caregiver retention, and overall branch performance
Support leaders in building and executing action plans to meet goals
Ensure consistency across branches with policies, systems, and service standards
Partner with clinical teams where applicable to align operations and care delivery
Leadership and support:
Coach and support Branch Managers, Client Care Supervisors, and Caregiver Managers
Support onboarding and development of new leaders
Reinforce expectations around communication, accountability, and service quality
Step in to support performance conversations and problem solving as needed
Client and caregiver experience:
Support teams in delivering timely, high-quality care
Assist with escalated client or caregiver concerns
Drive initiatives that improve caregiver engagement and retention
Financial and compliance:
Partner with branch leadership and finance to monitor budgets and performance
Ensure compliance with internal policies, state regulations, and licensing requirements
Support audits, surveys, and corrective action plans
Step in as acting Administrator during leadership gaps or new branch openings
Strategy and collaboration:
Partner with regional leadership on strategic planning and growth
Participate in company initiatives and process improvements
Work cross-functionally with Recruiting, HR, Finance, and Compliance
Working conditions:
Primarily office-based with frequent travel to branches across assigned areas
Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed
Travel is expected at approximately 50% or more to support branch oversight and attend meetings
Pay Range: $90,000-$100,000 / yr
