ManpowerGroup ServiceNow Technical Architect in Denver, Colorado

Our client, a leading organization in digital transformation, is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect / Business Analyst to join their team. As a key contributor to the Digital Asset Inventory (DAI) Transformation Project, you will play a vital role in migrating digital assets—including mobile applications, websites, domains, and social media accounts—into a centralized, auditable, and reliable system within the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will ensure that solutions meet business needs while maintaining technical excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a high-visibility initiative that impacts the organization’s digital landscape.

What's the Job?

  • Lead and participate in workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, defining use cases for digital asset management.

  • Create comprehensive solution design documents, user stories, and process flows to support project objectives.

  • Design the CMDB class structure and data models necessary for effective digital asset inventory management.

  • Perform hands-on configuration of the ServiceNow platform to implement designed solutions, including automation workflows.

  • Develop and execute test scripts for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating with stakeholders to ensure quality and functionality.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and business analysis.

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.

  • Extensive experience designing and configuring ServiceNow CMDB, including class structure and data modeling.

  • Proven knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and processes.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
