Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, printing, and data entry; Maintain and organize electronic and physical documents; Manage office supplies and coordinate orders when needed; Answer incoming phone calls and route them to appropriate staff; Respond to basic customer inquiries via email or phone; Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating appointments; Support office staff with routine administrative needs during daily operations; Enter and update information in internal systems or management software; and Assist with maintaining logs, records, invoices, and other paperwork as assigned.
