IDR Inc. Accessibility Tester in Denver, Colorado

IDR is seeking a Accessibility Tester to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role involves ensuring the accessibility and inclusive user experience to applications through rigorous testing and compliance adherence. The organization operates within the technology sector, focusing on digital accessibility and user-centric solutions.

MUST live in Colorado already, not looking for relocation candidates. 

Position Overview for the Accessibility Tester:

  • Support client applications by identifying accessibility issues
  • Ensure applications comply with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508
  • Provide actionable recommendations for remediation of identified barriers
  • Review technical and business documents to prepare detailed test cases
  • Work within an Agile environment utilizing tools like Jira across platforms including Java, Mobile-PWA, and Salesforce

Requirements for the Accessibility Tester:

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Solid understanding of OOPS concepts
  • Hands-on experience with API and Webservice Testing
  • Good understanding of traceability Matrix, test strategy, and test planning
  • Experience reviewing technical and business documents to prepare test cases

pay transparency: 48-50/hr W2
