Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license and access to transportation.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
- Operate hand and power tools.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Regularly lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Background and drug test.

Summary:
Hiring maintenance worker for a 240 unit condominium complex in Deltona, Florida. Range of pay is based on skill levels.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on infrastructure, including plumbing (main drain cleaning), electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, buildings, pool area and utility systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls.
- Maintain landscaping as needed on four weekdays that the landscape company not present. (leaf blowing, removal of fallen limbs and palms etc.)
- Pressure clean buildings, paint touch up, wood repair, etc.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
