Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity Greenhouse Wokers in Delta, Michigan
Need (2) Greenhouse Workers to perform manual and mechanized tasks associated with the production of greenhouse plants and other horticultural products to include: Lettuce, tomatoes, kale, cabbage and other assorted vegetables. Plant, cultivate and propogate produce in a greenhouse operation. Lower and clip plants, remove shoots, prune, de-leaf, and harvest crops. Raise and lower vines. Use hand tools including, but not limited to: shovels, brooms, clippers, rakes, and knives. Plant, interplant, and transplant by hand. Pick, cut, lift, or pull crops. Install drippers and hang hooks. Weigh product. Prepare product for shipment. May use mechanized equipment including but not limited to: sprayers, high lifts, and other power tools/equipment. Must operate agricultural equipment safely, with or without direction. The work will occur in Fulton County, Ohio.

Work schedule is generally 42 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. Additional hours may be offered but not required.
