Job Title: Documentation Specialist
Job Description
This role involves the creation, maintenance, and communication of process control documents. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring these documents are properly audited and disseminated, while also participating in the upkeep of a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
Create new process control documents.
Conduct photography for process documentation.
Maintain existing process control documents.
Collaborate with operations to ensure process documentation is properly disseminated and displayed.
Work with quality auditors to ensure process documentation is properly audited.
Communicate process goals with operations, engineering, planning, and IT teams.
Stay on task with assigned duties.
Complete all required paperwork timely and accurately.
Adhere to all employment and safety policies and practices as required by law.
Wear all necessary Personal Protective Equipment as directed by the company.
Report any maintenance and/or safety issues to a supervisor immediately.
Maintain respect, courtesy, a positive attitude, and professionalism towards all co-workers.
Actively participate in and support the 5S process by maintaining a clean workstation and department.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Document Control.
Experience in Quality Assurance.
Expertise in Technical Writing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Photography skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
An Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
Work Environment
This position involves working both at a desk and on the manufacturing floor. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $54000.00 - $56000.00/yr.
Health / Dental / Vision - 2 Weeks paid time off - Paid Holidays with 2 floating
