The Landscape Crew Laborer supports daily field operations by completing tasks assigned by the Crew Lead. This role involves general landscape maintenance, assisting with jobsite setup and cleanup, and operating basic equipment safely while maintaining quality standards and productivity.Key Duties / ResponsibilitiesFollow direction from the Crew Lead and complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely.Perform general landscape work such as mowing support, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, raking, planting, mulching, and debris removal.Load and unload trucks/trailers; help stage tools, materials, and equipment at each job.Maintain a clean jobsite: collect clippings/debris, sweep/blow hard surfaces, and ensure properties are left neat.Use hand tools and basic power equipment as trained; report any equipment issues immediately to the Crew Lead.Assist with equipment cleanup at the end of the day (blow off, wipe down, refuel as directed).Treat customers and their property with respect; refer customer questions to the Crew Lead.Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.Qualifications (Basic)Ability to work outdoors in heat/cold and perform physical labor (lifting, walking, bending).Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.Prior landscaping experience is a plus, not required (training provided).Valid driver’s license is a plus (if applicable).Healthcare & 401k
