E. Lee Construction Inc. Office Administrator in Delphos, Ohio

E. Lee Construction is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations and financial processes. This role will assist with bookkeeping functions, administrative support for construction projects, and coordination with the company's CPA. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable using QuickBooks
  • Process invoices, billing, and payment tracking
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Provide documentation and financial support to the company's outside CPA
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to construction projects using various computer programs
  • Maintain organized and accurate office records and documentation
  • Handle confidential financial and company information with professionalism
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (AP/AR, invoicing, billing, reconciliation)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • Notary Public Certification or the ability to maintain

Schedule:

  • Full-Time
  • Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4pm
