REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 05/04/2026-11/30/2026. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 0 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 0 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Tools and Equipment: The employer will furnish, without charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required in the performance of the specified work. Workers will be charged for any willful damage or loss of such tools and equipment. Diversified crops: corn, corn silage, beans, wheat: Workers may fill planters with seed from 50lb. Bags. Workers may operate equipment to prepare fields. Workers may spray crops for weeds and grass. Workers may apply water and fertilizers. Workers may restock trucks and equipment with seed bags. Workers may use equipment to prepare fields for planting. Other Duties: Workers may drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, and harvest and row crops. perform variety of other duties such as husking and shelling corn, lubricating and repairing farm machinery unloading grain onto conveyors to storage bins and elevators. Assis in set up of product for sale of crop.
