Huntsman Ranch Company Farm/Irrigation/Livestock Worker in Dell, Montana
Temporary Fulltime position from 01/01/2026 to 10/15/2026 54 Hours/week 13.03/ hour H-2A workers will be offered no less than $11.23/hr ($13.03/hr for Skill Level 1 minus the adverse compensation adjustment of $1.80/hr) Total workers needed: 3, over two staggered start dates. Staggered arrival dates: Group 1: one (1) worker on or about 1/1/2026 Group 2: Two (2) workers on or about 3/1/2026 Duration of employment: 1/1/2026-10/15/2026 Workers will perform a variety of duties related to caring for livestock and growing native hay and grass/alfalfa mix for the majority of the workdays in the overall contract period, commensurate with the duties encompassed within the five SOC Codes comprising the field and livestock workers (combined) category. Employer will make any required deductions as discussed in Section I / Items 3 & 15, as well as deductions for loans (if any); long distance telephone charges (if any); reimbursement for damage caused to the housing by the individual worker(s) found to have been responsible for damage which is not the result of normal wear and tear related to habitation (if any); In view of the statutorily established basic function of the Employment Service (ES) as a no-fee labor exchange that is as a forum for bringing together employers and job seekers, neither the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) nor the State Workforce Agencies (SWA) are guarantors of the accuracy or truthfulness of information contained on job orders submitted by employers.
