Job Title: Platform Delivery Lead Dry-lab - SIL - D&T

Location : Delft, The Netherlands

We are looking for a Platform Delivery Manager to lead the development and delivery of a coherent dry-lab digital platform across the full product lifecycle. Together with Business Product Owners, you will shape the roadmap, track delivery progress at platform level, and drive governance and ways of working across Digital & Tech and Science, Research & Innovation. You’ll translate strategy into execution by leading cross-functional teams spanning DBE, Data & AI, and SRI to deliver measurable outcomes.

Your key responsibilities

  • Platform roadmap & lifecycle delivery tracking: Co-create the platform roadmap with Business Product Owners and track delivery progress across the full product lifecycle (discovery to scale), using clear milestones, dependencies, and KPIs at platform level.

  • Platform coherence across people, process, data & technology: Manage a set of products as one coherent platform by aligning teams, processes, data standards, and technical architecture to deliver a consistent user experience and scalable capabilities.

  • Operating model, governance & PMO cadence: Embed effective delivery governance (planning, risk & dependency management, portfolio reporting, and decision forums) aligned with the D&T operating model, partnering with PMO where relevant.

  • Cross-functional team leadership (DBE, Data & AI, SRI): Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams with members from Digital Business Engineering, Data & AI, and Science Research & Innovation, ensuring collaboration, clear roles, and high-quality delivery.

  • Senior stakeholder management (D&T and SRI): Engage and influence senior stakeholders across Digital & Tech and SRI, aligning priorities, managing expectations, and enabling timely decisions through transparent communication and data-driven narratives.

  • Bridge scientific domain needs with digital engineering execution: Combine scientific domain understanding with digital business engineering practices to improve ways of working, adoption, and platform performance through continuous feedback, learning, and iteration

We offer

  • A rich history and a promising future of bold scientific innovation and passionate creation with our customers.

  • A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindset.

  • The opportunity to work for a company where sustainability is much more than a claim and is core to our strategy and purpose.

  • A flexible work environment that empowers people to take accountability for their work and own the outcome.

  • Barrier-free communities within our organization where every employee is equally valued and respected – regardless of their background, beliefs, or identity.

  • An eagerness to be one team and learn from each other to bring progress to life and create a better future.

You bring

  • Master’s degree in applied Bio-, Chemical, or Physics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5–8+ years’ experience delivering digital products/platforms in science, innovation, or lab environments, ideally integrating FAIR data and AI into scientific workflows.

  • Proven ability to manage a product portfolio as a coherent platform, balancing people, process, data, and technology considerations.

  • Strong delivery governance skills (planning cadence, RAID/dependencies, portfolio reporting), with experience working within an operating model and/or alongside a PMO.

  • Demonstrated senior stakeholder management and influencing skills across both Digital & Tech and scientific organizations (e.g., SRI).

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams with members from Digital Business Engineering, Data & AI, and Science/Research functions, driving collaboration and delivery through influence.

  • High drive and resilience, with self-motivation, commitment to continuous learning, and adaptability.
