We're Hiring: Quality Auditor! Join our team and play a key role in keeping our production operations running safely, efficiently, and at peak performance. We're looking for a skilled Quality Auditor who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Position Summary: The Quality Auditor position will support Midwest Acoust-A-Fiber manufacturing operations on: •C Shift (Fri.- Sunday. 3:30 a.m. -- 3:30 p.m.) - work 3 days 36 hours and get paid 40 hours Key Responsibilities: •Inspect parts to verify conformance to requirements and collect data on an hourly basis •Follow reaction plan when non-conformances occur (contact production supervisor/ group leader notify QA if needed) •Supply quality department with data of non-conformances, and material supplier issues •Support training of new associates •Providing help to associates struggling to meet quality requirements •Involvement in team problem solving sessions / process improvements •Assist with scrap reporting •Verify that bypass shears / de-slug/water jet tolling is kept clean to prevent build-up •Enter data accurately and in a timely fashion into quality tablet •Follow containment procedures on all non-conforming parts found •Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements for Quality Auditor •High school Degree or GED preferred •Effective written and oral communication skills •Computer literate •Work with minimal supervision Salary, Benefits, and Advancement Opportunities Competitive hourly wages.
