Acoust-A-Fiber Maintenance Technician in Delaware, Ohio

We're Hiring: Maintenance Technician! Join our team and play a key role in keeping our production operations running safely, efficiently, and at peak performance. We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do: • Install molds, dies, trimming devices, and related equipment into presses • Set up and tear down racks, boards, check fixtures, and other production equipment • Inspect fixtures, tools, and gauges to ensure they're production-ready • Verify first-piece quality and document required production setup information • Follow established setup and maintenance procedures • Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing processes to support quality output • Perform preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and general machinery upkeep • Evaluate maintenance needs and recommend effective solutions • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams on equipment design, safety, and improvement initiatives • Support the design, layout, construction, and installation of machines, presses, die cutters, and auxiliary equipment • Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment and verify the effectiveness of repairs • Rework molds, fixtures, and dies to meet form, function, and specification requirements • Assist with prototype and sample part production based on customer needs • Complete daily paperwork and computer entries accurately and on time • Participate in internal and external training to expand technical knowledge • Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, welders, drills, saws, and other shop equipment as needed Minimum Requirements for Maintenance / Set-up Technician: • High school diploma or GED • Four to six years of experience in industrial maintenance position or relevant degree • Experienced in equipment controls and plc troubleshooting, industrial 480V 3ph electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding. • Good communication skills and ability to work well with others • Basic Computer knowledge How to Apply: Email your resume to Brittany.cardwell@mwaaf.com or Roxana.rea@mwaaf.com
