Job Overview 

The Director of Sales drives company revenue growth by developing strategic sales plans, setting targets, and leading sales teams. They are responsible for forecasting, budgeting, expanding the customer base, and analyzing market trends to ensure competitive positioning. Key responsibilities include mentoring sales staff, optimizing sales processes, and reporting performance to executive leadership.

TeamSupervision:Lead, mentor, andmanagethe sales team to maximize their performance and professional development.

Project Coordination:Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

Customer Service:Maintainstrong customerrelationshipsby addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Communication:Communicate effectively with operations to report progress, address concerns, and implement solutions promptly.

Documenting:Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation tooptimizeefficiency.
