QPS EMPLOYMENT GROUP Maintenance Technician in DELAVAN, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on production equipment - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot issues and fabricate parts as needed - Complete preventive maintenance on plant equipment, tools, and machinery - Order parts and supplies as necessary to support maintenance activities - Work independently to maintain facility and production equipment - Assist with the installation and implementation of new equipment - Support training of machine attendants to ensure smooth and efficient equipment operation - Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Surface mount equipment experience is a plus - 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment or equivalent military-related experience - Formal training or demonstrated proficiency in: basic electricity, electricity for machine repair, basic hydraulics, industrial mechanic fundamentals, industrial machine repair (basic), PLCs - Forklift certification - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Ability to read and interpret blueprints - Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed - Flexibility to train on other shifts and provide coverage for maintenance technicians at other facilities - Valid driver\'s license ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: teresa.considine@qpsemployment.com Apply Online: https://jobs.qpsemployment.com/jobs/797446 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
