Position Summary
We are seeking a highly proactive Maintenance Manager - Delavan, WI with strong experience in blow molding and injection molding operations preferred, to ensure the reliability, performance, and longevity of our manufacturing equipment and facility. This role is focused on preventing downtime before it happens through disciplined preventive and predictive maintenance practices, rigorous root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of molding assets and auxiliary systems.
The ideal candidate deeply understands the criticality of molding equipment—extruders, injection units, molds, hot runners, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and downstream automation—and actively works to eliminate chronic issues, extend tooling life, and stabilize processes. This role partners closely with operations, engineering, and quality to embed reliability into daily production, ensuring molding machines are capable, repeatable, and production‑ready at all times. Success is measured by reduced unplanned downtime, improved OEE, longer mold life, and a maintenance culture that prioritizes planning over firefighting.

Authorize maintenance parts and service purchases in alignment with budget requirements.
Prepare weekly maintenance and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, quality standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations (EPA, DNR, etc.).
Promote a strong safety culture by following and reinforcing all safety policies and procedures.
