Award Staffing Molder- 1st Shift in Delano, Minnesota
Job Duties
Our Molder work week is Mon-Fri with hours starting at 6:00 am until 2:30 pm. This job is a General Labor type position that is a Temp-to-hire opportunity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Operates molding equipment to produce silicone and plastic components, ensuring parts meet process and quality standards.
• Operate and monitor molding presses or injection molding machines.
• Load material, remove molded parts and perform basic inspections.
• Document production data and report process issues.
• Support troubleshooting and routine machine adjustments.
• Work in cleanroom environments.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Manufacturing or machine-operator experience; mechanical aptitude; prior molding experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
