⭐ What You’ll Do
Operate molding and injection machines
Load materials and remove finished parts
Trim excess material using simple hand tools
Inspect small parts under a microscope
Record production data accurately
Weigh, mix, and prepare silicone/plastic batches

Strong hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
Ability to work with small, delicate parts
Willingness to learn how to use a microscope
Previous medical assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, not a requirement

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
