Job Duties
Our Clean Room Associate 2nd Shift work week is Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm. This is a general labor type position in the medical device industry, temp to hire. Join a team where you can start, learn, and grow!
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Operates molding equipment to produce silicone and plastic components, ensuring parts meet process and quality standards.
• Operate and monitor molding presses or injection molding machines.
• Load material, remove molded parts and perform basic inspections.
• Document production data and report process issues.
• Support troubleshooting and routine machine adjustments.
• Work in cleanroom environments.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Company is willing to train, no experience performing functions of the role is required.
• Candidates with experience in a service industry role are encouraged to apply.
• Strong tenure with past employers.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Complete math and handwritting test upon interview
