Quality Manager needed in DeLand FL!
The Role Blended Quality Manager — boots on the ground, not a desk position. Experience in roll forming and steel shaping is important. Dimensional inspection and physical quality assessment are core to the day to day. Travel required, onsite is non-negotiable, jumps into situations rather than directing from above.
The Candidate Must be able to give and receive criticism — aesthetic defects on panels involve subjective calls. Five ISO standards in play.
Company Context First entrant of this division in North America. Grown to 700 employees — significantly smaller just two years ago. Fast growth, still building infrastructure.
Compensation: $95,000 — $120,000
