MARSHALLS Customer Experience Coordinator in DELAFIELD, Wisconsin

Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. Leads by example by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Role models outstanding customer service. -Creates a positive internal and external customer experience -Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality -Takes an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front end principles -Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs -Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates -Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience -Ensures Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan; prioritizes as needed -Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities; provides progress updates -Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback -Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness -Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures -Promotes credit and loyalty programs -Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs -Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment -Other duties as assigned Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints. Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers\' problems. Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing. Resolve customers\' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills. Solicit sales of new or additional services or products. Compare disputed merchandise with original requisitions and information from invoices and prepare invoices for returned goods.
