RIO GRANDE COUNTY HR RGSO PATROL DEPUTY in Del Norte, Colorado
Under the supervision of the patrol sergeant and the patrol corporal, the deputy is expected to perform law enforcement and crime prevention work which includes controlling traffic flow, enforcing State law and local regulations, performing comprehensive criminal investigations, special assignments, and other duties as directed by the Sheriff. Deputies will patrol the county, prepare search and arrest warrant affidavits as needed, and serve civil papers.
Minimum age of 21 years, High School Diploma/GED, background check and drug test, valid Colorado driver's license upon employment, current first aid/CPR certification or obtain within 3 months of hire, POST certified.
