Maintenance Technician III – 2nd Shift

Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting and keeping equipment running at peak performance? We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician III to join a growing manufacturing team in DeKalb, IL.
This is a direct hire opportunity offering strong pay, full benefits, and long-term stability.
What You’ll Do
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automated systems
Maintain and repair machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, and production equipment
Inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
Support installation and upgrades of new equipment
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
Assist with general facility upkeep including HVAC, plumbing, and building systems
What We’re Looking For
1–3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems
Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
Familiarity with equipment such as motors, conveyors, sensors, and automated systems
Ability to read basic schematics, charts, and drawings
Comfortable working in a physically active environment (lifting, standing, etc.)
