Production Control Assistant/Data Entry Clerk - Dekalb, IL
1st shift - $19-$23/hr
Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented Production Control Assistant/Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role involves managing the flow of documents and materials, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and assisting with the organization and processing of shipping documents and inventory.
Responsibilities
Fill out, file, organize, and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) and packing slips.
Perform data entry tasks, including creating and releasing job orders.
Verify orders and parts accurately.
Assist with packing and bagging finished orders.
Support inventory management and control processes.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
1-2 years of experience in shipping and receiving.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Comfort with data entry tasks.
Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
Familiarity with Bill of Lading and purchasing orders.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
