EbizON is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Dehradun. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across IT and Non-IT functions, ensuring timely and quality hiring aligned with organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand hiring needs and role specifications.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, professional networking platforms, and employee referrals.
Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate suitability and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases for effective pipeline management.
Ensure adherence to organizational recruitment policies and standards.
Contribute to enhancing the employer brand through a professional and seamless candidate experience.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles.
Proficient in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates across diverse functions and levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver within stipulated timelines.
