Estle Chevrolet Cadillac is currently looking to add a Service Advisor at our Defiance, OH location. Your job will be to advise customers on the available service options when their vehicles need repairs. Developing extensive product knowledge and to serve all of our customers with a friendly smile and honest guidance is a must! Pay is based upon Experience.
- Greet customers when they arrive at the service center
- Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs
- Answer questions about service outcome
- Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings
- Previous service advising experience necessary
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of automotive industry and parts
- Ability to communicate equally well with mechanics, customers and senior management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
