What you'll do
- Provide Direct Care: perform assessments, administer medications, manage wounds, IV therapy, and monitor vitals
- *Coordinate Care: *collaborate with physicians, educate families, and update individualized care plans
- Support & Safety: ensure comfort, dignity, and safety for patients in their homes
