ManpowerGroup Intake Operator in Deerfield, Illinois

Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a dedicated Intake Operator to join their team. As an Intake Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Patient Support Team.

Job Title: Intake Operator

Location: Deerfield, IL

Pay: $18

Shift: 12pm - 8:30pm

What's the Job?

  • Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards

  • Follow all Work Instructions, SOPs, and safety requirements

  • Comply with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations

  • Maintain cleanliness of the Patch Intake room and work surfaces

  • Receive and process the Patch device, including de-kitting and verification of patient information

What's Needed?

  • High school education or equivalent preferred

  • Minimum three months related experience in a medical device, manufacturing, or regulatory environment preferred

  • Computer proficiency required

  • Data entry experience preferred

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support organizational objectives
