Shift: 3rd Shift
Pay: $24.35/hr

What You'll Do
Operate banding machines to strap and secure corrugated or paperboard products.
Inspect bundles for proper alignment, band tension, and labeling.
Perform routine equipment checks and minor maintenance.
Maintain accurate production records.
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent.
Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

The starting range is $24.35/hr, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 5 days of paid vacation will be granted after 1 year of service, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
