What You’ll Do as a Shift Manager:
You’ll lead every shift to deliver Quality, Service, and Cleanliness at the highest level.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and motivating crew
Ensuring Food Safety standards
Managing inventory
Monitoring safety & security
Driving shift performance and profitability
Training and developing team members
Scheduling and internal communication
Maintaining daily cleanliness standards
Delivering exceptional customer service
You are the example. You set the pace.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous leadership experience preferred (restaurant, retail, hospitality)
Positive attitude
Strong communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule
18 years or older
