Third Party Billing and Collections Supervisor
We are searching for a Third Party Billing and Collections Supervisor who wants to be part of an organization that makes a difference in the lives of others!
In this key role, the Third Party Billing and Collections Supervisor will assist the Director and Assistant Director in the overall management, coordination, and operation of all aspects of the collections process.
The Third Party Billing and Collections Supervisor leads the department’s collections process, ensuring effective recovery of outstanding balances, adherence to billing and collections policies, and coordination of collection activities with staff and third-party payers.
Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Hybrid with 3 days in-office per week required
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000/year depending on experience

Required Skills
Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Must be extremely detail oriented
Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office
Required Experience
High School Diploma and five years of related experience or a bachelor’s degree with a major in a related field
Previous experience in medical/behavioral healthcare billing
