We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support die cast production equipment and facility systems. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operations.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair die cast and facility equipment
Perform emergency repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and work orders
Perform basic facility maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, general repairs)
Conduct routine inspections and document maintenance activities
Use hand and power tools, meters, and material-handling equipment safely
Follow OSHA, lockout/tagout, and plant safety procedures
Support production by minimizing equipment downtime
Maintain a strong safety-first mindset
Qualifications
2+ years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
PLC experience preferred
High school diploma or GED
Associate degree a plus
Work Environment
Manufacturing / die cast facility
Standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
3 Shifts available
40 hour work week
