Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Operator/Install Technician to join our field team. This role is hands-on and critical to delivering high-quality septic installations and service work.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment (excavators, backhoe, skid steers, etc.) for septic system installations and repairs.
- Assist with layout, installation, and repair of conventional and aerobic systems
- Read and follow site plans, permits, and system designs
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs in the field
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work trucks
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and team members
- Ensure all work meets TCEQ and local regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Experience operating heavy equipment (preferred)
- Construction, septic, or utility experience (strongly preferred)
- Valid drivers license (CDL is a plus)
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
