This role will advance Goodwill of North Georgia’s records and information access program by unifying physical records retention with Microsoft 365 information governance. It provides exceptional customer service support, builds strong internal relationships, and ensures compliance with the corporate retention schedule through ongoing local travel to stores, Attended Donation Centers (ADCs), Distribution Center (DC) Career Centers, and other agency locations for site visits, audits, training, and vendor coordination for physical records retrieval and disposition.

What we’re looking for:
The General Compliance and Digitization Support Administrator supports the Corporate Compliance team in preparation and packaging of data from different sources like monitoring/auditing and sampling efforts. Support the team on coordinating deadlines and scheduling of the overall compliance strategy, and creating, implementing and maintaining a digitization strategy for physical records and setting guidelines for governing data agency wide.
What you’ll be doing:
Build relationships with all levels of management through continuous dialogue when providing assistance and reporting for governance, risk and internal controls
Researches and evaluates data and information necessary to meet requirements, modern trends and best practices, and reports to management based on findings
Prepare detailed summary reports, review data, analyze trends, for any issues
Conduct audits of the records management process for compliance regulations
Assist in the preparation and packaging of information for training or presentations, education and/or information for the agency related to topics led by the compliance department
Manage, update, maintain and administer the Agency’s Records and Information access program on an ongoing basis
Manage retention of records throughout the agency at all locations throughout different counties and the implementation of a system towards digitizing existing physical records to reduce physical footprint of information
Comply with all of Goodwill’s policies, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) standards, and regulations related to records keeping
Assist department in monitoring and maintaining progress, dates, plans/schedules, conformity towards requirements and tasks of ongoing compliance efforts, metrics.
Assist with other agency, departmental, regulatory audits as needed

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Three or more (3+) years’ experience in compliance, records admin, and/or digitalization projects
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidential information
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize as needed
Preferred hands on-on experience configuring Microsoft 365/ Purview retention labels and policies (Exchange, Share Point, One Drive, Teams)
Ability to interact positively with both internal and external customers and partners
Interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and obtain results
Intermediate to advance Proficiency with Excel and MS Office or Google Office Suite or similar preferred, Access, Power BI or similar is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with various employees and leaders
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
Demonstrated skill in drafting, writing, and proofreading documents
Ability to comply with Federal vaccine mandate per contract site with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Working Environment Conditions/Requirements:
Must be able to travel to Goodwill of North Georgia locations as needed or required
Ability to push, pull and lift up to 25 lbs. with or without accommodations to transport and/or carry documents and/or various supplies related to audits, projects, improvements etc.
Preferred Certification:
ICRM Certified Records Manager (CRM) or Certified Records Analyst (CRA)
ARMA Information Governance Professional (IGP)
Microsoft compliance/ security certifications (e.g., SC-400, MS-103 or equivalent)
