ManpowerGroup Production Associate Forklift Operator in Decatur, Alabama
Our client, a leading chemical manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Associate to join their team. As a vital part of the manufacturing operations, you will support the production process by handling materials efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Production Associate Forklift Operator
Location: Decatur, AL
Pay Range: $20.00/hour
Shift: ABCD Rotating 12 hour shift
What's the Job?
Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, moving, loading, and unloading materials within the facility.
Operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs), such as forklifts, to transport materials safely and efficiently.
Support production operations by assisting with material flow and staging equipment.
Work at heights and lift items weighing 30 lbs or more as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work rotating shifts and perform physically demanding tasks.
Capability to lift 30+ lbs and work in environments with potential chemical exposure.
