ManpowerGroup Warehouse Associate in Dearborn, Michigan

Our client, a leading organization in logistics and warehousing, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Canton, MI

Pay Range: $18.00/hour

Shift: 11:00am – 9:30pm | Thursday - Sunday

What's the Job?

  • Load and unload large appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, and fitness equipment

  • Assist with shipping and receiving, including checking in and organizing merchandise

  • Read and follow work orders, shipping orders, and pick lists accurately

  • Distribute materials to appropriate areas for processing

  • Help assemble products as needed and maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment

What's Needed?

  • Previous warehouse or dock experience preferred

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 75+ lbs consistently

  • Basic computer and communication skills

  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

  • Team players who can keep up in a fast-paced environment
