The ADAS + BlueCruise Product team is looking for a Sr. Product Manager focused on developing and implementing strategic initiatives to deliver new product features, enhance product capabilities and user experience, and expand product channels to drive growth.
What you'll do...
Lead the discovery and business-case development for new strategic initiatives to ensure the product roadmap stays ahead of industry disruption and commoditization
Evaluate and pilot expansion strategies into new vehicle segments, global markets, and untapped opportunities to scale ADAS and BlueCruise adoption beyond current channels
Conduct deep-dive market analyses to identify potential customers, developing tailored product value propositions and feature sets that address the specific pain points of customers archetypes or geographic regions
Synthesize complex competitive intelligence, technical roadmaps, and financial projections into high-impact presentations for executive leadership, providing the strategic clarity and data-backed recommendations required to secure buy-in
You'll have...
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of experience
Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage stakeholders across the organization, including strong documentation skills
A deep passion for your customers, their needs, and for building/shipping products to meet these needs
Demonstrated effectiveness in complex organizations
Even better, you may have...
Domain knowledge in advanced driving systems or in-vehicle infotainment strongly preferred
Prior experience in Strategy such as corporate strategy, product strategy, and/or consulting
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, physics, or a related field; Master of Business Administration
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software systems underpinning our advanced driving features or the willingness and ability to learn them quickly.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
