Insight Global Sr Data Analyst in Dearborn, Michigan
Job Description
The Senior Analyst develops and supports analytic deliverables across the business, including sales and performance reporting, marketing and campaign analytics, dealer and customer insights, and dashboard/data visualization. The role also conducts strategic ad hoc analysis to support business strategy, daily decision‑making, and understanding of customer and marketing behavior trends. Works closely with business partners to identify analytic needs and deliver actionable insights.
Compensation:
$39/hr to $42/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
5–7+ years of analytical experience
BA/BS or advanced degree in Statistics, Math, Data Science, Econometrics, CS, Analytics, Finance, or related field
Strong data‑wrangling skills (querying, joining, manipulating, automating data)
Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Alteryx, Power BI/Tableau/Qlik, GCP, Microsoft Office
Experience analyzing business & marketing performance (response, sales, incremental lift, profitability, customer profiling)
Behavioral & cohort analysis (engagement, retention, conversion trends)
Expertise in sales, business, financial, customer, CX, and program analytics
Ability to build and support BPR (Business/Sales/Program Performance Reporting)
Experience presenting insights to clients and creating clear, visual PowerPoints
Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail
Highly self‑motivated, independent, and ethical Familiarity with automotive, vehicle sales, parts, subscription, or loyalty program data
Experience applying AI tools to business processes
